Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Neon Gizmo, we want you to love your tech. If something's not right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You must have proof of purchase (like your order number or email receipt).
Important: As a small business, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll happily exchange it for the same item. Just send a photo and your order number to support@neongizmo.com within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and confirm if the refund is approved.
- If approved: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If not approved: You may be offered store credit instead.
