1.Will the time be frozen, and the night light will not be on?
Each product must undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the factory, so this problem will basically not occur. In the past, such products were caused by excessive battery power loss, and this will not happen again in the future.
2.Do you provide charging cables for headphones and watches?
We only provide charging cables for products, watch and headphone cables will not be shipped by the seller. And the headset and watch cables must be less than 3 feet to fit in the cable storage case.
3.I have seen several companies promoting this product. What are the advantages of your home?
We use all upgraded versions of the products, and there will be no situation where the alarm clock is stuck and the night light is broken at the same time.

4.Can I charge my other mobile phone at the same time?

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Neon Gizmo, we want you to love your tech. If something's not right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You must have proof of purchase (like your order number or email receipt).
Important: As a small business, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll happily exchange it for the same item. Just send a photo and your order number to support@neongizmo.com within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds

- If approved: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If not approved: You may be offered store credit instead.
