Returns & Refunds Policy
At Neon Gizmo, we want you to love your tech. If something's not right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You must have proof of purchase (like your order number or email receipt).
Important: As a small business, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

- Used items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll happily exchange it for the same item. Just send a photo and your order number to support@neongizmo.com within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and confirm if the refund is approved.

If approved: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If not approved: You may be offered store credit instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong item? Something arrived broken? Email us at Joshua@NeonGizmo.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We'll get it sorted fast.
Please Note
- We do not offer refunds for delays caused by couriers or customs.
- Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
