Shipping Policy
At Neon Gizmo, we're committed to getting your gadgets delivered quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship:
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Free on orders $150+)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout (based on location & weight)
- Estimated Delivery Time (U.S.): 5-10 business days
- International Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (varies by country)
Expedited Shipping
- Cost: Displayed at checkout
- Estimated Delivery Time (U.S.): 2-5 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order in real time from our Track My Order page.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- The United States
- Canada, the UK, and select international countries (shown at checkout)
Note: Some items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability.
Delays & Disruptions
While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (weather, customs, carrier issues) can occasionally occur. We'll always do our best to keep you updated.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Neon Gizmo, we want you to love your tech. If something's not right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You must have proof of purchase (like your order number or email receipt).
Important: As a small business, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll happily exchange it for the same item. Just send a photo and your order number to support@neongizmo.com within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and confirm if the refund is approved.
- If approved: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If not approved: You may be offered store credit instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong item? Something arrived broken? Email us at Joshua@NeonGizmo.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We'll get it sorted fast.
Please Note
- We do not offer refunds for delays caused by couriers or customs.
- Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
